If you choose to sign in with Apple, we receive your Apple ID credentials and any information you authorize Apple to share (such as your name and email address). Apple may provide us with a private relay email address if you choose to hide your email.

Job and Business Data

When you use the App to manage your electrical business, you may enter:

• Job names and descriptions
• Client names and contact information (including email addresses)
• Job locations and addresses
• Start dates and times
• Job costs and pricing
• Job photos
• Estimates and invoices

This information is stored to provide you with the App's job management, invoicing, and estimating features.

Automatically Collected Information

We may automatically collect certain information when you use the App, including:

• Device type and operating system
• App usage statistics

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Service Providers

We use third-party services to operate the App:

• Firebase (Google): For authentication, database storage, and analytics
• Resend: For sending emails (estimates and invoices) on your behalf
• RevenueCat: For managing subscriptions and payments
• Apple: For processing App Store subscriptions and Sign in with Apple

Client Communications

When you send an estimate or invoice through the App, the recipient's email address and the document contents are shared with our email service provider (Resend) to deliver the email.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Firebase, a Google Cloud service. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We retain your account information and job data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes.

Your Rights and Choices

Access and Update

You can access and update your account information within the App at any time.

Delete Your Account

You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at support@proxtrades.com. We will process your request within 30 days.

Email Communications

You can opt out of promotional emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in those emails. You will still receive transactional emails related to your account and services.

Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.
